First, they grow the coffee tree in the perfect growing conditions of South America. Once the beans are ready to be harvested, they take out every bean by hand that does not meet their quality standards.
These beans are then packaged in vacuum-sealed bags and transported to Israel to ensure the freshest quality.
At the very last minute are they opened by their Master Roaster, who roasts the beans 24 hours before they are delivered to their customers.
