Their Challenge

Transform Engine, led by Sam, was launching a new division within his existing companies and needed a clear strategy and message to introduce this new offering to the market. The goal was to position the new division in a way that clearly communicated its value and supported the growth of the broader business.

Strategy

Ran strategy sessions and messaging workshops to clarify positioning and direction.
